As a public health professional in Los Angeles, so many of the families I work with have children suffering from asthma or other pollution related issues. It is vital to provide safe, clean air spaces for children to live, learn, and play for them to develop into healthy adults. Pollution impacts some of the most vulnerable children living in Los Angeles, highlighting the need for equitable solutions.
