Becoming a monthly donor is easy, you can sign up online; call 1-800-LUNG-USA (1-800-586-4872) and select option 2 or email [email protected].

Yes, you can change your monthly donation by calling the American Lung Association HelpLine at 1-800-LUNG-USA (1-800-586-4872) and select option 2 or emailing [email protected].

Your card will be charged the same day your initial gift is received and will continue to be charged each month or quarter on that same date.
