A staggering 18.2% of high school students (nearly 1 in 5) across the state of Georgia are currently using e-cigarettes. This is over DOUBLE of what the nation’s average is for e-cigarette use. Here at the Lung Association, we believe in a whole community approach to ending youth tobacco and nicotine use. You can make a difference!
Parent, Guardian
or Caregiver?
Talking to Your Child About Vaping is a brief 30-minute online training that helps parents, guardians and caregivers of children ages 8-20 start informed conversations with youth about vaping, giving families practical tools to prevent and address nicotine use at home!
Why It Matters
Our resources help parents understand what vaping devices are, ways to spot early warning signs and proven-effective strategies to start meaningful conversations with their kids.
