Today, the American Lung Association in Texas announced that Brad Morgan, Division Vice President of Kindred Healthcare, will be the Corporate Chair of the Fight For Air Climb in Dallas.
“We are so excited to have someone of Brad’s caliber as a partner and volunteer leader. Kindred Healthcare has also been an incredible partner supporting our COPD and smoking cessation initiatives for several years now, so this truly is an organic relationship,” said Holly Motteram, executive director of the Lung Association.
“I’m honored to support the work of the Lung Association. Lung disease affects millions of Americans and three million Texans. So there is a lot that the corporate community can and should do to help in the fight against lung disease and save lives. I look forward to volunteering and helping make a difference,” said Morgan.
Now in its fifth year, the Fight For Air Climb at Fountain Place is one of the biggest stair climbs in Texas. Taking place November 14, 2020, the event invites individuals, families, groups of friends, corporate teams and first responders to race up 51 floors (1020 stairs), to raise awareness and money to fight lung disease. Almost 90 cents of every dollar raised goes directly to local programs, education, advocacy and life-saving research right here in New Mexico.
