The American Lung Association is offering opportunities for endurance athletes to make an impact on lung health and clean air while participating in premier marathons around the world. The Lung Association’s Powered by Lungs team has bibs available for upcoming marathons in Berlin, Dublin and Honolulu.
For more than 120 years, the U.S. public has trusted the American Lung Association to protect their lungs. From researching treatments and cures for lung cancer and lung disease to keeping kids off tobacco products to advocating for policies that protect the air we all breathe, the Lung Association is the leader in advancing lung health and saving lives.
Joining the Powered by Lungs team provides critical funding to support the Lung Association’s lifesaving mission. It also provides a unique opportunity for experienced endurance runners and those passionate about running tourism to make a lasting difference in the lives of millions of people affected by lung disease. Ninety cents of every dollar raised goes directly to research, programming and advocacy.
