Nearly 200 Rally to Raise $140K to End Lung Disease

170 people gathered at the American Lung Association in Missouri’s annual Evening of Promise event to raise more than $140,000. The social event was held last night at the ULTRA Club @ St. Louis City SC CITYPARK.

It featured a silent auction and a live auction to raise funds to support lung disease and lung cancer research, education and more.

“The funds raised will help our ongoing efforts to end lung cancer and lung disease,” said Brett Schuette, executive director Lung Association in Missouri. “We are so grateful for everyone in the community who came out to support lung health.”

Participants also enjoyed exquisite local cuisine, cocktails, and games.

“It was an unforgettable evening for a great cause,” said Schuette. “The funds raised will help more than 818,000 people in Missouri living with lung disease.”
