Climbers Raise $170K at Fight For Air Climb Jacksonville

Funds raised will help Floridians with lung disease

This morning 430 people laced up their gym shoes and raced up the stairs of the Bank of America Tower for the American Lung Association’s Fight For Air Climb, locally presented by Blue Heron Wealth Advisors of Raymond James.

Families, friends, firefighters and corporate teams climbed 37 floors totaling 734 steps as they made their way to the top of the Tower to raise nearly $170,000 to help the 2.8 million Floridians living with lung disease.

The American Lung Association is grateful to everyone that came out to support lung health and appreciates all the funds raised by climbers and supporters. The $170,000 will help with ongoing efforts to end lung cancer and lung disease in Jacksonville.
