The Coolest Gift You Can Give This Season

The Lung Association’s 30th Las Olas Wine & Food Festival Tickets on Sale

Some gifts get re-gifted. Others get remembered. This holiday season forget the candles, socks, and sweaters and give an experience everyone wants. Tickets to the landmark 30th Las Olas Wine and Food Festival are now on sale, and they make the perfect gift for yourself, loved ones, or friends. The one-night only event will be held on Friday, April 24, 2026, on Las Olas Boulevard between S. E. 6th Avenue and S. E 11th Avenue from 7:30-10:30 p.m. with VIP experiences beginning at 5:30 p.m.

More than 200 domestic and international wines and spirits from Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits will be featured at onsite tasting pavilions at the venue, along with exquisite cuisine from more than 40 of South Florida’s finest restaurants. Attendees will also enjoy live music, DJs, incredible interactive experiences and the Demesmin & Dover Block Party as they mix, mingle and dance to help support the American Lung Association.

To make gift-giving even sweeter, festivalgoers can use discount code PRESENTS to reduce ticket prices for a limited time.

While the countdown to April 24 is on, you don’t have to wait to start pairing like a pro. Here are some helpful hints to level up your pairing game until then.

  1. Bubbles + salty snacks = instant win
Sparkling wine (Prosecco, Cava, Champagne) loves salty, crunchy bites like chips, popcorn, fries, and charcuterie. The bubbles cut through the salt and fat.
  2. Sauvignon Blanc + “green” foods
Think goat cheese, herbs, salads, pesto, and veggie-forward appetizers. Sauvignon Blanc’s zingy acidity and citrusy notes enhance fresh flavors.
  3. Pinot Noir + cozy comfort food
Pinot Noir pairs nicely with turkey, roast chicken, mushrooms, and anything lightly smokey or savory. It’s a go-to red when you don’t want something too heavy.
  4. Spicy food? Go slightly sweet (or low-alcohol)
Riesling, Moscato, or a fruit-forward rosé can calm heat and keep spice enjoyable. Bonus: lower-alcohol options often pair better with spicy dishes compared to high-proof drinks.
