Enroll Now and Receive an Indoor Air Cleaner

May is Asthma Awareness Month! That’s why we’re giving 100 newly enrolled participants a free air cleaner for their bedroom (up to $200 value) to help improve indoor air quality at home. Our Lung Health Navigators are registered nurses and respiratory therapists. This program provides FREE and customized one-on-one education and support for individuals living with asthma using the Breathe Well, Live Well curriculum for adult asthma self-management education.

Eligibility Requirements

Adults living with asthma, including parents of children with asthma are eligible to participate in this giveaway. The first 100 people who enroll with a Lung Health Navigator by July 31^st, 2026, and complete at least three educational sessions will be eligible to receive a free mechanical HEPA air cleaners for their bedroom (up to a $200 value). 100 air cleaners are available with this offer.

Enrollment Details

Enroll in the Lung Health Navigator program by calling (tollfree) 866-252-2959, emailing [email protected], or filling out the interest form below or from this web page.

Enrollment with a Lung Health Navigator will need to take place between May 1^st,2026, through July 31^st, 2026. The third educational session will need to be completed or scheduled on or before August 15^th, 2026. After the third educational session, participants will receive an air cleaner order form via email. This form needs to be completed on or before August 15^th, 2026, to ensure participants receive the air cleaner before September 1^st, 2026. The cost of the air cleaner and shipping to the participant will be covered by the American Lung Association. Product warranty and filter replacement information will be provided to each participant receiving an air cleaner.
