Colleen M. McIntosh, J.D., LL.M. is Senior Vice President, Chief Governance Officer and Corporate Secretary for CVS Health. She provides advice and counsel to the Board of Directors and senior management on corporate governance matters, and manages the company’s corporate governance and corporate secretarial functions. In addition she provides legal oversight and support for all corporate, corporate development, mergers and acquisitions, and securities matters, including SEC and NYSE compliance. Her scope of responsibility also includes managing legal support for treasury, finance, human resources, compensation and benefits, and the licensing and subsidiary management functions.
Prior to joining the company in 2013, McIntosh served as Senior Vice President, Associate General Counsel, at Medco Health Solutions, Inc. Prior to joining Medco, McIntosh was a partner in the business department of Morrison & Foerster.
