This study developed a tool called PHLEX that uses deep learning to automatically analyze complex imaging data, providing detailed information about cells, their types, and arrangement in tissues. This tool simplifies and improves the accuracy of image analysis, making it easier for researchers and clinicians to interpret imaging. This was published by the Lung Cancer Interception Team, an Accelerator Program collaboration with LUNGEVITY and Stand up 2 Cancer.
