Identifying Individual Medications Affecting Pulmonary Outcomes When Multiple Medications are Present - Clinical Epidemiology

This study looked at nearly 4,000 COPD patients to identify which non-COPD medications may negatively affect lung function. This is important because it narrows down the medication candidates and therapeutic targets for other studies leading to new treatments or prevention methods for COPD. Dr. Barry Make is the principal investigator the Lung Association ACRC site located at National Jewish Health.
