Sikich Invests in Milwaukee’s Public Health

Will sponsor climb team for the Lung Association’s Fight For Air Climb

MILWAUKEE, WI | April 17, 2023

Today, the Lung Association in Wisconsin announces that professional services company Sikich has signed on as a sponsor of the 2023 Fight For Air Climb. The family-friendly event will be held at American Family Field, home of the Milwaukee Brewers on Saturday, May 20.

The Milwaukee Fight For Air Climb is the largest in the country and the Sikich Stair Force team has proudly participated in five of the last Lung Association Climb events.

“Sikich is honored to be a sponsor of the 2023 Fight For Air Climb and help bring awareness to the Lung Association’s mission,” said Mark Sobczak, Milwaukee market lead at Sikich. “This event is an opportunity for everyone to come together and raise money for education and research to help end lung disease. Our Milwaukee team looks forward to supporting the cause and joining the climb.”

The Milwaukee Fight For Air Climb is open to climbers of all fitness levels, families and corporate teams from across Wisconsin. Participants in this year’s event can challenge themselves by climbing on the Loge Level and Terrace Level, totaling 2,801 steps.

“Our Climb event is a great venue for people to literally step up to help end lung disease,” said Megan Cordova, executive director of the Lung Association. “From our local services and programs to research we provide throughout Wisconsin, none of our lung health efforts would be possible without our fantastic supporters. Funds raised at events like the Climb and supporters like Sikich allow us to continue to advance our mission.”
