I was having chest pain and went to the ER. They did a ct scan and found the spot on my lung. I had lung surgery on March 9, 2015. I was diagnosed with stage 1, they took 1 /15 of lung and tested my lymph nodes. Luckily for me, the cancer did not spread. No chemo or radiation. I was lucky only because I knew there was something wrong and I was persistent in making them keep checking till I found out what was wrong.
