My husband just passed on July 1st 2022, 18 days before my 73rd birthday. He was a 20+ year army veteran. He was under hospice care, diagnosed with COPD. He had X-rays done by the hospice care doctors and was told he was just constipated. He was given different medicines for this, including morphine because he was in so much pain. We finally ended up calling the ambulance. While he was there, he got another X-ray and the doctor advised he us that he had cancer around his pelvis and his lungs. He was finally brought back home where he passed the very next day. Thank you all for reading.
