Being able to speak freely within a trusted and supporting group can positively impact your health. Find the type of support group that is right for you.

Online Support Community

The American Lung Association has a free online lung cancer community on Inspire.com called Lung Cancer Survivors for individuals who are living with lung diseases and their caregivers. Individuals register to join the community. Members can choose their level of participation and engagement. This online lung cancer forum is a place for members to discuss how lung disease is affecting them and share their life experience with their peers.

Get a Mentor Angel or Become a Mentor Angel

We've partnered with Imerman Angels to match mentors, also known as Mentor Angels, with those facing lung cancer. You can sign up to seek support from someone who has been in your shoes OR you can sign up to become a mentor and offer support to another person facing lung cancer.

    Learn ways to cope with lung disease and provide support from others who share in your struggles. Better Breathers Club meetings are in-person support groups that give you the tools you need to live the best quality of life you can.

    Join the Patient Caregiver Network, which is a nationwide, online patient support program providing direct access to education, support and connection to others also living with lung disease.
