The Lung HelpLine Navigation team empowers people to understand and seek treatment for their lung health issues and make lifestyle changes to effectively manage a full range of serious lung diseases and/or prevent diseases from occurring.  It is important that individuals and their caregivers can find trusted, accessible, evidenced-based, and accurate information and programs to help manage their lung health and lead a full life.   

Education can improve self-management, provide skills for coping with anxiety and other mental health challenges, and improve overall health status, especially as measured by quality of life and increased ability to participate in everyday activities. 

Our free one-on-one specialized programs include:

  • COPD For Life - Living Well with Chronic Lung Disease Education Series
  • Asthma for Life - Breathe Well, Live Well® Education Series (Adult, Young Adult, Teen, Youth and Caregivers) 

Highlights of each program includes understanding your lung health condition and recognizing early warning signs, building your support team, taking medications properly, using tools for daily self-management along with improving lifestyle changes and following good health habits.

Programs are available in telephonic or video options.
