Intuitive has been a committed sponsor of the American Lung Association since 2018, helping to educate and support patients living with, or at risk of, lung disease. Thanks to Intuitive’s support, the Lung Association has educated millions of patients on their surgical and bronchoscopy options. Additionally, Intuitive has been involved in other Lung Association initiatives, including LUNG FORCE.

LUNG FORCE unites women, men and caregivers across the country to stand together against lung cancer. Turquoise Takeover is LUNG FORCE’s annual celebration to unite the nation to raise critical awareness of lung cancer, the nation's leading cancer killer.

Current & Past Projects

Intuitive is currently supporting the creation and promotion of a Screening to Surgery Public Service Announcement (PSA), with the goal of increasing lung cancer screening rates, especially among those newly eligible under the updated USPSTF Guidelines (women, people of color). In addition, Intuitive supported creation of a new page in our procedures library on Lung.org entitled, “Robotic-Assisted Bronchoscopy.” This page includes valuable education content, including a video explaining the procedure.
