Every Step Counts
Experience the climb of your life at one of our 43 Fight For Air Climbs taking place in skyscrapers across the country.
What is a Fight For Air Climb?
No elevator. No escalator. We're taking the stairs… to the very top of some of America's most iconic skyscrapers. Join us at the American Lung Association's signature indoor event series, the Fight for Air Climb.
This celebratory, stair-climbing adventure is for you, whether you just ran a marathon or just rolled off the couch. All are welcome, regardless of age or athletic ability.
How you climb is up to you. Sprint to the top or take it one step at a time.
You can climb solo, but it's way more fun on a team of family, friends or coworkers.
Climb for the shared challenge. Climb for the camaraderie. Climb for a world free of lung disease.
Save your spot on the ground floor today!
