Tell Congress: Oppose Attacks on Clean Cars and Trucks Waivers

Some members of Congress are trying to overturn three life-saving programs – Advanced Clean Cars II, Advanced Clean Trucks, and Heavy-Duty Omnibus standards. The policies were authorized by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), under the Clean Air Act, by granting waivers to allow states to curb deadly pollution from cars and trucks. Congress is attempting to improperly use a procedural tactic called Congressional Review Act resolutions to undo these 3 waivers. There are also other bills under consideration that could put additional Clean Air Act waivers at risk.
