Urge lawmakers to oppose efforts to weaken or eliminate appliance standards, federal energy efficiency standards and programs like ENERGY STAR and LIHEAP.

At a time when energy costs are rising and pollution continues to impact health, we should be strengthening - not dismantling - our most effective tools to reduce energy waste, lower emissions and protect public health. 

Please join the American Lung Association in urging policymakers to protect strong appliance and energy efficiency standards and defend and preserve programs like ENERGY STAR and LIHEAP. Tell your representatives these policies are a win for our health, wallets and environment.
