Spread the Word for Healthy Air
Yes! I want to fight for healthy, safe air.
Our nation's leaders need to hear from everyone who cares about protecting the air we breathe. Everyone has a reason for fighting for healthy air, whether it's to protect a loved one with asthma or to be safe spending time outdoors. This is a critical time to raise your voice.
Our nation has made great progress in cleaning up harmful pollution and taken important steps to address climate change, but we still have work to do before everyone has healthy air to breathe. And disappointingly, some in Congress want to weaken the Clean Air Act and delay lifesaving protections against air pollution from some of the largest sources, like power plants. Together, though, we can defend the air we breathe. Will you help?
Please share your story and send a message to your members of Congress. Then, spread the word. Tell your friends, family, and co-workers how we can all stand up for our right to breathe clean air. The more people speak up, the stronger our message will be!
Ask your friends to join you in the fight for healthy, safe air.

I just joined the fight to protect the air we breathe from dangerous air pollution. Will you help?
All of us breathe easier because of the protections under the Clean Air Act. It's one of our bedrock public health laws -- saving lives and preventing asthma attacks, heart attacks, and more. But right now, some in Washington, DC want to roll back clean air protections and make it much easier to pollute the air we breathe without consequences.
I can't let that happen, so I'm putting my passion to use for the American Lung Association. They're organizing people to get in touch with their representatives in Congress and call on them to protect our lungs. There are lots of ways to help, from sending a quick email to sharing your reasons for caring about healthy air. Join me by taking action today at http://www.fightingforair.org/.
