The American Lung Association in Iowa announced that EMC Insurance Companies, for the fourth consecutive year, signed on as the presenting sponsor of the 2022 Des Moines Fight For Air Climb at Principal Park on May 7.
“With the ongoing pandemic, lung health and clean air remains critical to the people in our community,” said Micki Sandquist, executive director of the Lung Association. “It is only with the continued dedication of local support like that from EMC Insurance Companies that we are able to continue providing the services and events in Iowa.”

The Des Moines Fight For Air Climb attracts hundreds of climbers from across Iowa who step up to increase awareness about and funding to end lung cancer and lung disease, including COVID-19, through life-saving research.
