Denise Holliday is an attorney and practicing partner for the law firm of Hull, Holliday and Holliday, PLC in Phoenix and has been engaged in landlord/tenant practice since 1996. The firm represents residential and commercial landlords in civil actions, fair housing and ADA (American Disability Act) complaints. She is also a Justice of the Peace Pro Tempore and Superior Court Pro Tempore as well as a certified instructor for the Department of Real Estate, Arizona Association of Realtors, Property Management Institute, National Association of Real Property Managers and President of the Association of Landlord/Tenant Attorneys. She has been a keynote speaker at several legal seminars and also assists law enforcement and property managers with crime free programs for their apartment communities.
Denise suffers from asthma and is a huge proponent of education and efforts to help people breathe easier and live healthier lives without undue exposure to toxic chemicals and substances that negatively impact breathing and lung health. Denise presented at our fall 2015 Smoke-Free Living Workshop where she discussed legal aspects of a smoke-free policy. She was very well-received and spoke again at our Spring 2016 Smoke-Free Living workshop. She will also be presenting at our smoke-free living workshops in Flagstaff and Tucson later this year.
Denise does all this without compensation and is a tireless advocate for our smoke-free living program and the American Lung Association. She is a valued partner and friend of the American Lung Association in Arizona.
Denise received her Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from Northern Arizona University and Juris Doctor from Oklahoma City University. When she is not working, Denise enjoys spending time with her husband and fellow partner/attorney Kevin and their three bernese mountain dogs or relaxing at their cabin in Williams, Arizona.
