Gerry O., IL

I have been diagnosed with severe allergies and am trying to avoid allergic asthma and the need for inhalers and oxygen. My doctors say air pollution could be causing my allergies.

My mother died from emphysema. I gave her breathing treatments, and she had to be on oxygen 24/7. I do not want to go through what she did.

I have seen what not being able to breathe good air does to the physical body, from heart problems to autoimmune complications. Clean air is essential for a healthy life. Living a life with sickness is no life. It robs you of everything that is full of joy.
