Stavroula X.

I love to work in my garden, but some days my asthma makes it hard for me to do this. When the pollen count is high or the air pollution is bad, I notice a difference. I cough and wheeze, and sometimes it is hard for me to breathe. On these days, I must have my inhaler with me at all times. It is important for me to be aware of the air quality, so that on bad days I can make sure I am prepared.
