A primary theme throughout Saulitis' work is the concept of co-production in patient care and advocacy for patients, families, and caregivers as they navigate the complexities of life with chronic and life-limiting pulmonary conditions. She completed her clinical internship at Rush University Medical Center and joined the Care Management Department as a social worker in 2012.
