Steve Peregoy

National Vice President of Mission Services & Impact

Steve Peregoy, National Vice President of Mission Services & Impact, oversees the development and implementation of the Lung Association's nationwide metrics. This allows the organization to measure performance throughout the country and assist with making crucial strategic decisions, so that everyone performs in the most effective and efficient means.  In addition he oversees the National Health Education Division and staffs the Regional Relations Committee whose primary role is overseeing the delivery of mission priorities throughout the Regions.

He started his career with the American Lung Association of Maryland in 1981 and served as the President and CEO until 2008. After serving as the National CEO for the International Dyslexia Association, he returned to work for the Lung Association in 2014. He holds a BS and MS in Health Science from Towson University, where he also served as an Adjunct Instructor for 25 years.
