Julia Fitzgerald is the Chief Marketing Officer for the American Lung Association and serves as a member of the Executive Leadership Team. As Chief Marketing Officer, Fitzgerald is responsible for creating innovative marketing strategies across the organization’s marketing, digital engagement, public relations and internal communications that build on and enhance the Lung Association’s brand awareness among both internal and external stakeholders.
Fitzgerald has served as a Chief Marketing Officer and Senior Executive with 20+ years of proven experience. She has led national marketing, brand strategy and communications at several national brands, including experience in driving digital transformation and executing omni-channel campaigns.
Julia earned a bachelor’s degree in Spanish and a bachelor’s degree in International Business at The Ohio State University. She earned her MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern.
