Each climber who raises $500 for the 2013 Climb will join the Super Steppers Club.
Super Steppers will be the first climbers to step off in 2014 and will receive the coveted bib numbers starting from 001 for the highest fundraiser.
This prestigious club is the most coveted and reserved only for teams raising over $5000 in the previous year's event.
These teams will receive PRIORITY CHECK-IN in 2014.

Each year after fundraising events like the stair climb and walk, your local ALA spends thousands of dollars on "benefits to donors" or prize incentives. These incentives are the gift certificates and other prizes that climbers and walkers earn while raising money in support of the ALA's local service programs and important medical research. Many thanks to these generous climbers and walkers who donated their prize incentive back to the ALA. They are the members of the ALA Mission First Club and have truly put the mission first!
How do I join?
During registration you will be asked a series of questions before your registration is finalized. Select YES to join the Mission First Club when prompted. Already registered? Contact you climb manger to see if you are already a member or would like to join.
What do I get as a member of the Mission First Club?
As a member of the Mission First Club, you will be recognized on our Website for graciously donating your prize back to the American Lung Association. You will also receive special recognition before, during and after next year's climb. We could send you a T-shirt or some other prize, but that would defeat the purpose of recognizing the importance you place on putting the mission first, right?
The Fight For Air Climb is all about the challenge. Climbers and teams challenge themselves to reach the top, raise money, beat the clock, and be the best. While raising money to fight lung disease is our top priority, we know all of our climbers and teams work hard to meet whatever challenge they set for themselves.
Select Awards will be awarded the day of the climb during the post climb celebration. Additional awards will be handed out at Awards VIP Party (date TBD). Award recipients will receive an invitation in the mail with details.
Awards will be given to Climbers in each of the following categories:
Climb 1st Place Overall Male/Female
Climb 2nd Place Overall Male/Female
Climb 3rd Place Overall Male/Female
Fastest Male/Female Youth Climber (Under the age of 18)
Highest Fundraising Corporate Team
Highest Fundraising Friends & Family Team
Highest Fundraising First Responder Team
