Schedule of Events

REGISTRATION

Monday, November 12, 2012 – Deadline for mail-in registrations.

Thursday, November 15, 2012 12:00pm – Deadline for online registration.

Saturday, November 17, 2012, 8:00am – *On-site registration at One Monarch Place begins.

*Please note: on-site registration is $50.00

START TIMES

For climbers who register online by November 15, 2012: Your start times will be e-mailed to you by 12:00pm on Friday, November 16, 2012. Start times will also be posted on the event website.

For climbers who register on-site, you will receive your start time at check-in.


THE CLIMB!

Saturday, November 17, 2012, 9:00am-12:30pm – Participants will start their climb according to their assigned start time.

***Please arrive 30 – 60 minutes prior to scheduled start time to check-in and warm-up!!!


FUNDRAISING

Saturday, November 17, 2012 – Deadline for meeting minimum fundraising requirement.

Friday, December 7, 2012, 5:00pm - Deadline for fundraising to apply towards awards and incentive prizes (donations must be received by the American Lung Association in Massachusetts by this date to count).

AFTER PARTY

Come and join us at JTs Sports Pub for the official after party immediately following the event.
