Event Information

Sunday, March 11, 2012

The Fight For Air Climb takes place on Sunday, March 11, 2012 at the Presidential Towers in downtown Chicago. Participants, individuals or teams, can climb 1, 2, 3, or all 4 towers -- that's a total of 2,340 steps to fight lung disease. All climbers are timed using state-of-the-art chip timing technology to ensure accurate results, but you don't need to be a star athlete to participate.

Whether climbing for a winning time or simply to cross the finish line, this event is a great way to challenge yourself physically. We guarantee that all finishers will have a newfound respect for healthy lungs.

You can get involved by:

Stairclimb Options
One Tower Climb- 45 floors, 585 steps

Two Tower Climb- 90 floors, 1,170 steps

Three Tower Climb- 135 floors, 1,775 steps

Four Tower Climb- 180 floors, 2,340 steps

Please note: Multiple Tower Climbs are intended to be consecutive. Elevator time will be removed from timing results, however the time spent walking or sprinting the skyway between the towers will be included.
