Thank you for your interest in participating in the Fight For Air Walk on Sunday, September 25th. Pre-regisrtation is now closed, but you can still register on-site beginning at 8:00am. To expedite the registration process, please complete and bring the offline donation form.
Each year, too many lives are lost to lung disease and this is your chance to walk, raise money and make an impact in their honor. By joining the Fight For Air Walk you are making the commitment to fight lung disease so everyone can breathe easier- including you!
Event Overview
Families, individuals and teams join together in a walk to raise awareness for the 35 million Americans who suffer from asthma. Participants work together to fundraise.
Please join the thousands of individuals across the nation who believe in the cause and will walk in their communities as well.
You can get involved by:
- Registering as a Team Captain
- Joining an existing Team as a new registrant
- Signing up as an individual registra
- Sponsoring the event
- Joining the event planning committee
- Making a contribution supporting a registrant

This year's walk will be held on the 3rd Street Promenade in Santa Monica. Starting line and festivities will be between Santa Monica and Arizona. You may register at any time on the www.fightforairwalk.org website.
Parking
There are several lots in the 3rdStreet Promenade area that offer the first 2 hours free. Rates vary after the 2 hour window, so please check here for more information.
Fundraising
We encourage you to fund raise at least $100 toward the cause. This is easier than you think! It is as easy as asking 10 friends for $10. Coaching packets and trainings are available. Prizes will be awarded to the top individual fundraiser and top fundraising team. The top individual fundraiser will receive two certificates for a 2-hour Segway rantal from Segway LA. The top fundraising team will receive ten tickets to Magicopolis. All donations must be in by September 25th to be calculated in the fundraising total. Donations are tax deductible to the extent allowed by the law. The American Lung Association ® is a registered 501 (c) 3 organization. Please make checks payable to the American Lung Association in California.
