Did you know that stair climbing improves the fitness level of each participant and burns more calories than walking or running. To climb successfully, the American Lung Association strongly urges all participants to train before embarking on the ascent. To help you prepare, we have assembled a Fitness Training Guide with tips, exercises, and a complete training schedule to help you do your best.
Practice climbs in the Aon Center will begin in January 2013, and be available to registered climbers only. You will be able to climb floors 4-55 and see, first hand, what you’ll be up against on April 6, 2013. Download the Practice Climb Flyer for more details.
