Each year, too many people are struggling to breathe and too many lives are lost to lung disease. This is your chance to walk, raise money and make an impact in their honor. By joining the Fight for Walk you are making the commitment to fight lung disease so everyone can breathe easier- including you!

The Walk is an American Lung Association event that brings the community together to fight against lung disease! It is fun, easy, and entertaining. Plus, it is supporting people all over Arizona who struggle to breathe. Walk a leisurely 5K route with friends, family, co-workers, pets, and kids starting at the Scottsdale Civic Center. More than 3,000 individuals, family, and corporate teams will be there to make a difference! After the Walk enjoy the Kid’s Corner with face painting and bounce houses, the Fry's Pancake Pavilion, free massages, team photos, live bands, and many more fun activities to entertain the whole family.

- Registering as a Team Captain
- Joining an existing Team as a new registrant
- Signing up as an individual registrant

Event Information
You may register at any time on the www.fightforairwalk.org website. The walk will be held on Saturday, April 14th at Scottsdale Civic Center. All participants who individually raise at least $100 will receive a complimentary t-shirt.
Directions
The event starts in the Scottsdale Civic Center Amphitheater located just south of Indian School Rd. on 75th St. in old town Scottsdale.

Parking
Parking is available in the Scottsdale Public Library parking garage located on the east side of Drinkwater Blvd and 2nd St. or the Los Olivos parking garage located on the west side of Drinkwater Blvd. and 2nd Street.
Fundraising
We encourage you to fund raise at least $100 toward the cause. This is easier than you think! It is as easy as asking 10 friends for $10. Coaching packets and trainings are available. Please contact our office for more details (602-258-7505).
Donations are tax deductible to the extent allowed by the law. The American Lung Association ® is a registered 501 (c) 3 organization. Please make checks payable to the American Lung Association in Arizona.
A fundraising packet is available to help you reach your fundraising minimum. Check out the "Fundraising Help" page on the main menu. If you need additional help in meeting the fundraising minimum requirement, please contact our office at 800-LUNG-USA. The ALA staff is happy to help coach and provide fast and efficient ideas to reach your fundraising requirement.
