The Pulmonary Rehabilitation Program is an outpatient program designed to help individuals suffering from chronic lung disease to have: reduced shortness of breath, improved quality of life, increased exercise tolerance and performance, better knowledge of their lung disease and lung care, and reduced hospitalizations and better use of medical resources. Clarke County’s Pulmonary Rehabilitation Program uses several approaches in their efforts to meet these goals, including exercise training, breathing retraining and education. Our department is located on the first floor of the East Wing and office hours are 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.
