WHY: Lung cancer is the #1 cancer killer of women. Anyone can get lung cancer and sadly, one woman dies of lung cancer every eight minutes in the U.S. And, the number of women dying from lung cancer has nearly doubled over the past 30 years. Yet, awareness is shockingly low – only 1 percent of women say that lung cancer is on their health radar.
