Lung Association to Host Lung Cancer Summit in NYC Monday, June 23

Who: American Lung Association of the Northeast, medical experts, patient advocates, patients and caregivers. Featured speakers at the Lung Cancer Summit will include: Batya Reckson, LCSW, Oncology Social Worker, Mount Sinai Medical Center; Cardinale Smith, MD, Medical Oncologist, Mount Sinai Medical Center; and Mark Kris, MD, Medical Oncologist, Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.
What: Topics to include new hope through clinical trials, Supportive Oncology and fighting stigma by fighting lung cancer.
When: Monday, June 23. Registration begins at 10:30 a.m. The Lung Cancer Summit will take place from 11 a.m. until 3 p.m.
