PORSTMOUTH,NH – The American Lung Association’s Cycle the Seacoast is proud to announce Eastern Mountain Sports (EMS) as its signature bike sponsor for the annual event. Cycle the Seacoast will be held on Sunday, May 1 in Portsmouth. The annual event is a one-day, multi-route cycling event where cyclists can choose from a 25, 50 or 100 mile route. Funds raised will support the American Lung Association’s mission: to save lives by improving lung health and preventing lung disease through research, education, and advocacy.
“The Lung Association is honored to work with Eastern Mountain Sports as our official bike sponsor for the 2016 Cycle the Seacoast,” said Jeff Seyler, President & CEO of the American Lung Association of the Northeast. “We are confident that our collaboration with EMS will ensure the safety of our riders during the event and the best bicycle service possible. We invite anyone who has ever thought about riding in our event to join us this year. We hope to continue to work with Eastern Mountain Sports in the future.”
“EMS Portsmouth is proud to be the bike shop sponsor of Cycle the Seacoast,” said Tim Shockro, EMS Portsmouth store manager. “We’re looking forward to helping the cyclists gear up and get out there to have fun and support Lung Association’s mission.”
