Pat Callard, R.N., M.S.N.

Pat Callard, American Lung Association Board member and delegate-at-large, is assistant professor of nursing in the College of Graduate Nursing at Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona, California. Her responsibilities include: curriculum development and instruction and clinical supervision of pre-licensure students in the master's degree in nursing entry program.

Pat is a volunteer for the American Lung Association. Prior to relocating to southern California, she served in leadership positions on the American Lung Association of Ohio Board and as a member of both the state and regional boards. She has worked on various national activities and committees including Organizational Effectiveness Human Resources Work Group chair, Nominating Committee, Awards Committee chair, Field Operations Committee, Stakeholder Learning Task Force, Policies and Guidelines Task Force, Presidents/Presidents-elect Planning Committee, and as a facilitator for the Drucker Self-Assessment System.

In addition to her work with the American Lung Association, Pat is the faculty advisor for the Western University National Student Nurse Association and a member of Friends of the Library in Diamond Bar.
