American Lung Association offers free bootcamp for Fight for Air Climb participants

The American Lung Association in Wisconsin wants to help take you to the next level of fitness climb by offering a FREE  6-week private boot camp, Climbing 101 for Fight for Air Climb participants who meet the following fundraising goals:

  • $60 by February 9
  • $120 by February 16
  • $180 by February 23
  • $240 by March 2
  • $300 by March 9
  • $350 by March 16

Classes are held 8 – 9am.  Participants may join the Boot Camp at any stage of the fundraising process.  Climbing 101 is led by NX Level Athletics, W229 N1687 Westwood Dr., in Waukesha.  Regardless of your fitness level, certified trainers will provide a wide variety of training platforms to meet individual needs.  To register for Climbing 101, call 262-703-4200 or visit

The Fight for Air Climb takes place on Saturday, March 23 at the US Bank Center in Milwaukee, the tallest building in the state with 1,034 steps.

This is the five year anniversary of the Climb.  Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield has been the event’s Presenting Sponsor for all five consecutive years.

Proceeds raised at the event will support the Lung Association’s medical research, programs and advocacy efforts for asthma, COPD, tobacco use and clean air.
