Better Breathers Club
The Better Breathers Club (BBC) is a support group for individuals with chronic breathing problems, and their families and friends. The purpose of the club is to offer community-based education for those with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), bronchitis, adult asthma, idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF), lung cancer and other chronic lung diseases. Participants will learn skills that promote better overall health, enabling those with chronic lung disease to better manage their condition.
The group is free to join and meets at Cottonwood Creek Retirement Community (1245 E. Murray Holladay Road in Murray, 801-263-0999).
The meetings are generally held at 1 p.m. on the last Wednesday of each month. Come and join the club and improve your health!
