Illinois Healthy Air Kick-Off
(February 2, 2012)—

On February 1 the American Lung Association in Illinois kicked-off the Healthy Air Campaign, a program that has set out to protect the Clean Air Act in Illinois, at a luncheon in the Chicago offices. With over 30 attendees, the presentation started with Dan Dolan-Laughlin sharing his personal story with COPD while he expressed the need for those with lung disease to be able to breathe clean, healthy air. Assistant Vice President, Peter Iwanowicz joined in on the conversation and spoke on the current state of the Clean Air Act and why it’s important to join the American Lung Association in the fight for Healthy Air.
