Active With Asthma Day Camps
Camp Update: We would like to inform you of a shift in plans from our initial Camp initiatives. As you know, after thirty years of working on residential camps, we decided to move to day camps to address the communities with the highest incidents of asthma.
We are now hosting several day-long events for the family, adding a new component by having our Lung HelpLine staff follow up with the participants of the program to monitor improvements in asthma management. Current plans are to have Saturday events in these communities across the state: Joliet, Manteno, and Edwardsville.
