Freedom From Smoking®

FFS LogoTo help adult smokers quit, the American Lung Association offers Freedom From Smoking® (FFS®), the leading adult smoking cessation program for over 25 years. FFS® shows you how to quit for good in a supportive setting. The program teaches the skills and techniques that have been proven to help smokers quit. It's the best thing you can do for yourself and your family. FFS® is available as a group clinic, an online program and a self-help book. Here's what one recent participant thinks about Freedom From Smoking:

"My experience with Freedom From Smoking was nothing less than life changing.  While meeting with Durban Swartz, we were able to have a set agenda each week that was well structured and very informative.  I found that working in this type of setting held me accountable since I was meeting with someone that genuinely cared about helping me.  I can proudly say that I've been smoke free for over 90 days and for the first time in years, I have my health and life back."
