Freedom From Smoking Online® uses a workbook with seven modules to guide you through the process – much like the seven-week clinic. A message board provides an online support group where you can share your struggles and successes, as well as get support from others who know what you are going through.  Choose from the free FFS Online Basic or FFS Online Premium programs.

Freedom From Smoking® Facilitator Training
