Deborah Bell

Deborah Bell can be described as Dallas' volunteer extraordinaire!  She has been actively involved with the Fight for Air Climb in Dallas for the past three years and served as Chair and Co-Chair for two years.  You can always depend on Deborah to attend practice climbs, climb recruiting receptions, sponsorship meetings and any other meeting to promote the success of the Climb.  During her busy day she also finds time to volunteer at the Renaissance Tower Climb Table to speak to tenants about the Climb.  She always carries Climb marketing materials with her as she goes about her work day, attends her church and children’s activities, ready for any and every opportunity.  Everyone she meets can attest to her energy and passion for the volunteer work with the American Lung Association.  She is personally committed because her father died of lung cancer when she was 25 years old.  She believes strongly in the mission and it shows every day.   

Deborah has worked in the staffing industry for 14 years and is employed with Financial Additions.  She works with clients in downtown Dallas and surrounding areas finding good accounting and finance talent. Financial Additions has been very supportive of the Fight for Air Climb by creating teams, bringing in donations and a by being sponsor.       

Deborah is also very involved with church activities and several other organizations that benefit the Dallas community.  She stays very active with her three wonderful children, who all have participated in the Climb.  She is very proud that her two older children will be climbing with her this year!
