The American Lung Association, Plains-Gulf Region is proud to partner with the St. Louis County Department of Health’s Communities Putting Prevention to Work program to offer Freedom From Smoking classes and facilitator training for free at several companies in St. Louis County, and conduct free community Freedom From Smoking classes throughout St. Louis.
