Cycle the Seacoast - The Basics

Date: Sunday, May 6, 2012

Location: Little Harbour School in Portsmouth, NH

Route Options: 25, 50 or 100 miles

Registration Fee: $35 registration fee (non-refundable & non-transferable)
Registration fee does not count toward fundraising minimum.

Fundraising Requirements: $250 minimum ($125 for ages 7 - 17)

2012 Cycle the Seacoast Indoors - Session II starting soon!

The American Lung Association has partnered with the YMCA of the Seacoast to offer two spin class series titled "Cycle the Seacoast Indoors"! Classes will be tailored to follow the actual 25, 50 and 100 mile course routes, including mileage, terrain and elevation. Spin along the Seacoast and track your progress on our large route map! A 15 minute wellness & healthy lifestyle presentation will occur prior to each class.

Participants in the spin class will receive a training t-shirt and full membership access to the YMCA of the Seacoast for the duration of the spin class series. Sessions will run for 8 weeks each. Don't hesitate...register today! SYMCA logo
