Community-based Freedom From Smoking classes will help you learn how to overcome your tobacco addiction.
The next 7-session class series will start on Tuesday, February 7th.
Quit Night is not scheduled until the third class (2/21).
A free celebration dinner is provided by Pangea's Pizza at the last class.
Space is limited to the first 15 registrants!
Classes meet at 6-8 pm at the United Way of Northwest Michigan at 521 S. Union in Traverse City for 6 Tuesdays and 1 Thursday on: February 7, 14,
21, 23, 28, and March 6 & 13. Attendance at all of the classes is recommended.
The cost for the course is $150 including materials and taxes. Scholarships and payment plans are available. Receive a discount if you pre-register early. The first class is free if you just want to check it out.
The instructor is Lisa Danto, RN, Nationally Certified Tobacco Addiction Specialist (NCTAS) who has taught classes for ten years.
